Young mentors program. We run young person centred mentoring, with each mentoring placement bespoke to the individual young person. Each young person has different needs, and we provide the tools for them to make effective change. Our programme matches young people with appropriate mentors, based on experience, skills, interests, hobbies, and personalities.
