Franklin Cerney. Franklin Delano Cerney, 85, of Staples passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 13, 2023. Franklin was passionate about his work but mostly so his customers, whom he viewed as friends, had everything they needed. That excellent customer service was a driving force in everything he did.
