Nov 8, 2019 · I'm pretty sure it's all movement speed. To my understanding, all of the Sprint Speed mods only affect sprint speed. The only way to increase your walking speed is getting a buff from an allied Volt/Wisp/etc. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong, though.) Thankfully, it becomes a non-issue if you play with Sprint as a toggle rather than a hold.

My typical build of 210% Pstr and 1.25 Sprint Speed reaches somewhere around 200m/s (447MPH). The fastest speed I've recorded solo is ~420% PStr, 1.25 Sprint Speed, Arcane Phantasm, which reached around 600m/s (1342MPH). Volt's base speed stat is 1.00 a very average sprint sprint speed for any warframe much less a SPEED FRAME . He has low survivability due to his low health and armor values. His speed helps compensate for the lack of defensive stats.
