Problem I want to be able to create a timechart that outlines the company's incident count by week. The issue I have is many incidents are created in one week but then resolved in the following week. (which halfway does explicitly what timechart does under the hood for you) and see if that is what you want.

If you want to order your data by total in 1h timescale, you can use the bin command, which is used for statistical operations that the chart and the timechart commands cannot process.
