I have been using a 1 1/8 oz. load in the 20 gauge Remington SP "unibody" for many years. In the Lyman 3rd edition I believe. I use a Winchester 209 primer, SP20 wad, 16.0 grains of 800-X, and 1 1/8 oz. #6 shot (for pheasants - 2nd shot if needed). SP20's are good substitutes for the WW20F1 but are expensive if you shoot a lot. Try the Windjammer 20. Oh, & yes, I do take care to keep my hulls dry & if they get water on them, I dry them & wipe them off with an oily rag, but they rust anyway!! I am going to order some of the DR 20 versalite wads.
