Seamoth stuck on land

Here's what I found out: you can't use the repulsion cannon on the Seamoth. It will not move. However you can use the repulsion cannon to move things which will move the Seamoth. So find something large and moveable nearby and use that to push it back into the water. That's what I did.

A common occurrence of this happens when you park the Seamoth right at the surface almost settled (but not stuck) on the terrain, then stray far enough away from the area for that patch of terrain to despawn.

But you could try building nearby the Seamoth (save before attempting) to see if you can "dig" that way. Keep in mind this will permanently alter the terrain.
