I've been bringing it to CoX and it's nice to send two hammer specs for each phase of Olm, but other than that I don't really feel like it's been super useful. It's definitely good at cox. Tob maybe less so since it's so melee heavy. Absolutely worthwhile at CoX. Not so likely at ToB but it's possibly good in smaller teams and/or with claw dps.
