Yes, I think Switchglaive is a weapon that will scale very significantly with max ki. At higher levels the weapon may be a lot stronger. Once you get Thin Air, the combo can get real potent. After you do those 3 attacks, if the third broke the enemy's ki, you can go straight into Thin Air and do a lot of damage.
