I got the notification on my phone that my litter robot has a globe position fault. I tried to turn it off and on to see if that will help and it didn't. I'm trying to install the last firmware but for some reason, nothing is happening. I get the spinning wheel that is trying to update, but all of a sudden stops, and nothing happens.
